San Marcos Church was established in 1994 as a church plant of the Presbyterian Church in America to reach the English speaking community in Eastern Santiago by Jim and Portia Reimer and Sam and Lois Mateer.  San Marcos is small but it has a big heart and has sent Christians to many parts of the world.   Our desire is to grow larger by attracting the unchurched into a relationship with Jesus Christ by training Christians to serve the Lord, thereby sending them out as evangelists to introduce others to the love of our Lord and Savior.
